We aim to build leadership, teamwork, self-confidence, and communication skills, inspiring individuals to break barriers and become catalysts for positive social change.
In 2002, driven by a deep desire to empower the marginalized and give a voice to those who had been silenced, Raëll Padamsee founded the *Create Foundation* with the vision of transforming lives through the creative arts. What began as a small initiative to provide children from underserved communities with access to theatre and creative expression has since blossomed into a powerful platform for change, impacting the lives of thousands. Through *Life Skills Education*, the foundation empowers marginalized and challenged children, equipping them with essential skills to overcome adversity, become employable, and create a better future.
Over the years, the Create Foundation has evolved, extending its reach to Women’s empowerment, Leadership Development, Gender Sensitivity initiatives, and the Elderly, ensuring that no one is left behind. *“The arts have the power to break barriers, inspire change, and create a world where every individual, regardless of their background, can flourish,” says Raëll*. Today, the Create Foundation continues to be a beacon of hope, where creativity meets empowerment, and dreams know no boundaries.
