CREATE Foundation provides various creative platforms for self development and life skills. Under the program we provide the following soft skill education and integration programs to CREATE a world that holds equal opportunity for all irrespective of backgrounds and disadvantages.
The children go through extensive rehearsals and are trained by the best in the business of creative expertise, be it singing, dancing or acting and are given an equal opportunity to perform. This strengthens their talent providing tremendous exposure and boosts their overall personality and confidence.
Our Life Skills Education Programme empowers children from marginalized and challenged communities with confidence, communication, creativity, and employability skills. Through a year-long, transformative journey, 750 children each year are equipped to succeed in education, interviews, and the world of work—breaking cycles of poverty and building independent, dignified futures for themselves and their families.
Vocational training & Mental Health Support - Within women’s shelter homes, our vocational training and mental health support programmes become pathways to healing, dignity, and independence. By nurturing emotional resilience alongside practical, employable skills, we help women rebuild confidence, rediscover self-worth, and reclaim control over their lives. Our mission is to empower women not just to cope, but to stand on their own feet, dream again, and shape a future defined by choice, courage, and hope.
Second Innings: A Celebration of Life’s Richest Chapter- In a world where aging often feels like fading into the background, Second Innings is here to reignite your spirit, rekindle your sense of purpose, and embrace the beauty of self-expression. Through dance, art, and drama therapy, it offers a nurturing space to heal, connect, and create—celebrating memories, friendships, and the wisdom of lived years. This is not about growing older, but about flourishing with courage, creativity, and joy.
Slums / Basti outreach Our interventions in bastis and underserved communities use dialogue, drama, and human connection as catalysts for social change. By addressing deep-rooted mindsets around equality, respect, and shared responsibility, we encourage a powerful shift—where men become protectors and supporters, not oppressors.
In collaboration with the Mumbai Police Nirbhaya Squad, we actively amplify the 103 Women’s Helpline to ensure help is visible, accessible, and immediate. Through our programmes and community outreach, we spread awareness about this critical lifeline—encouraging women to speak up, seek support, and know they are not alone. This initiative is a step towards building safer spaces, stronger voices, and a city where dignity, respect, and protection for women are non-negotiable.
Theatre Integration - We bring children from marginalized and challenged backgrounds onto the same stage as mainstream students—training them together, nurturing them equally, and believing in them fiercely. Backed by ACE Productions’ 40+ years of world-class theatre and communication expertise, we are the only organisation globally that offers NGO children the same elite training, creative exposure, and professional discipline as their mainstream peers. This is not charity—it is equality in action, where every child steps into the spotlight with confidence, dignity, and the right to dream without limits.
*Create trophy for artistic excellence*- Born from the belief that every child carries brilliance within, the annual CREATE Trophy for Artistic Excellence celebrates courage, creativity, and possibility by nurturing talent among children from marginalized and challenged backgrounds, it transforms creative art into a powerful tool for dignity, inclusion, and change.
